In March 2000, the Group launched an 18 storey, 237 service suite and 189 parking bays development project in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. With its prime downtown location, 38 Bidara offers convenient access to work as well as to other downtown facilities. The project was well received by the public and construction has commenced with completion estimated to be in December 2002. The suites are predominantly 2 bedroom units and range in size from 427 square feet to 914 square feet. Much emphasis was placed on the internal design of each unit leading to an effect of spaciousness generally not found in units of such size. In support of the governmental policies of its adoptive country, Malaysia, the Goldhill Group, through Global Force Sdn Bhd, participated in a competition in December 1994 to design and build 301 units of low cost houses for a project to be located in Chembong, Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. The Group won the competition and was awarded the project in September 1995. Work on the development commenced in November 1995 and the project was completed by April 1997 ahead of schedule.

Development on this 38-hectare residential housing project commenced in 1990 for the construction of approximately 450 houses and building lots. The project was conceived to support the Australian Government's initiative for comprehensive suburban housing development to take advantage of neighbouring amenities and facilities such as universities, rail transportation links and retail outlets.
